1 General Terms

bajiex is an online betting and casino platform offering cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bajiex offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming the bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳20,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• bajiex reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses may be forfeited in cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

6 Betting Rules

Betting activities on bajiex are governed by the following rules:

6.1 Bet Validity

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• bajiex reserves the right to void bets placed due to clearly incorrect odds or system errors.
• Maximum bet limits are set for each game or event and are displayed on each market.

6.2 Results and Payouts

• The official results of the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL, FIFA, etc.) will apply when determining outcomes.
• Payouts for winning bets are generally completed shortly after the result is confirmed.
• In the case of disputed results, the decision of bajiex shall be considered final.

6.3 In-Play Betting

bajiex will not be responsible for bets placed during a live betting session if an internet disconnection or technical issue occurs at that time. Live odds change at every moment — always wait for a confirmation message before a bet is finalised.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajiex and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using false or forged identities or documents.
• Conducting transactions using another person's payment account.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Using scripts, bots, or automated software to place bets.
• Influencing the outcome of a game or participating in match fixing.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bajiex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• As required by applicable laws or regulations.
